Ralphs Community Contribution Program

If you have a Ralphs rewards card, Ralphs/Kroger will make a contribution to the Samohi Bands every time you enter your rewards number (or telephone number) at check-out – and it doesn’t cost you a penny!

Every September 1st, Ralphs asks you to renew your choice of organization to receive contributions. You may re-enroll in the Ralphs Community Contribution Program online or by phone: 800-443-4438.

Not sure if you have done this already for school year 2017-18?

After you sign in, click on the text “Welcome, [YOUR NAME]” and then “My Account” tab to see the “Account Summary” page.

Scroll down to the “Community Rewards” section of your account near the bottom of the page. Hopefully, you will see “Organization Name: SANTA MONICA BAND PARENTS ASSOC” and “Organization Number: 84456” If not, here’s how to start earning $$ for the Samohi Bands:

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED YOUR REWARDS CARD ON-LINE (This means that you have already entered your email address and assigned yourself a password):

Log in to www.ralphs.com
Click Sign In
Enter your email address and password
Click on [Your Name] (in the top right hand corner) to open the “Account Summary” page.
View all your information and edit as necessary
Link your card to your organization by clicking on:
a. Community Rewards – Enroll
b. Type your NPO number or name of our organization:
WE ARE NPO #84456 SANTA MONICA BAND PARENTS ASSOCIATION
c. Remember to click on the circle to the left of our name!
d. Click on Enroll to finish your enrollment process

A message from Ralphs: Announcement! http://www.ralphs.com is now a secure website. And because it is, there are new procedures in place to enroll your Ralphs rewards Card. Please share this information with your participants as they continue to register, so they don’t miss out on donations to your organization. If you have not registered your new rewards Card for the new term, here are the instructions. Please note: You cannot register with an organization UNTIL you first register your rewards card online. You must re-register every year!
