For Wind Ensemble Students & Parents:
It’s time to back your bags and get ready to go to Washington, DC!! Please see the attached packing list for the required and suggested items to bring on the trip.
*Required for students who will be taking any prescribed medication during the tour.
Tuesday, April 11th
9:30am All students drop off their luggage to the choir room.
10:00am – 1:00pm Full Band Rehearsal in the Band Room
1:00pm – All students bubble wrap instruments to load onto the truck.
2:00pm – Dismissal – all luggage and wrapped instruments will be left in the locked truck at school.
Wednesday, April 12th
4:45am!! Arrive at Samohi Michigan Gate. Bring your carry-on/personal items only (backpack/purse etc.)
Make sure to bring your Government-issued ID and/or Student ID card, food or money for the airport and flight**, and any medications you will be taking, along with the signed medication form.
5:15am Busses and Luggage truck departs SaMo for LAX
