2021-22 Samohi Bands Registration Form
All new and returning students must register.
MARCHING BAND and COLOR GUARD students must submit permission forms before participating in Band Camp.
**Band Camp runs from 12:00 noon to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, August 2 – 6 AND August 9 – 13, 2021**
For students enrolled in only CONCERT and/or JAZZ BANDS, the form is due by Friday, August 27, 2021.
